In our time together, you’ll find a calm and supportive environment where we can drop the societal masks we’ve all been taught to wear. This is a place for you to truly be free of judgment and full of potential. Here, we’ll chat, create, set goals, and embark on deep journeys of self-discovery. Therapy isn’t just about working through problems; it’s about reclaiming joy amidst the chaos and finding peace in vulnerability.

I specialize in supporting:

  • Breaking the cycles of generational trauma

  • Navigating attachment challenges in current or new relationships

  • Healing from spiritual abuse, guilt, and fear tied to religious upbringing

  • Strengthening parent-child relationships and fostering deeper connections

The approaches I utilize include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Collaborative and Proactive Solutions, Expressive Modalities, Harm Reduction, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) — a technique that can be profoundly transformative in addressing trauma and fostering resilience.

As a social worker, my commitment goes beyond just therapeutic support. I’m here to help you navigate the broader systems in your life and access community resources that can help you thrive. Many challenges we face are deeply connected to imperfect social structures. By understanding and addressing these systemic barriers together, I can empower you to move through them more effectively.

I am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community, offering a space where all identities and experiences are celebrated. Whether you’re exploring your sexuality, gender, relationships, or healing from past trauma, I’m here to walk with you with empathy, care, and affirmation.
