We’re Hiring!
Our Mission & Values
At Your Next Chapter Counseling, we believe that every person is deserving of love, acceptance, and authenticity. We are committed to fostering a safe, affirming space where healing can take place, especially for those who have been marginalized or underserved. Our goal is to provide inclusive, accessible, and specialized care that meets the diverse needs of our community.
We recognize that therapy is most effective when it is representative of the people it serves. That’s why we deeply value both professional expertise and the wisdom that comes from lived experience. We welcome and strongly encourage BIPOC, Queer, Neurodivergent, and multilingual therapists to join our team, knowing that diverse perspectives enrich our practice and enhance the care we provide.
At YNC, we support ALL members of our community. We strive to provide a welcoming and accepting space for all races, ethnicities, neurodivergencies, different abilities, identities, and spiritual beliefs. Beyond our therapy rooms, we are committed to advocacy—using our voices to uplift and fight for those facing systemic oppression. We reject hate and discrimination in all forms and stand firmly for justice, dignity, and safety for all.
Our commitment to our Employees
We believe that for clinicians to provide exceptional care, they must feel supported—both emotionally and financially. Our practice is built on the foundation of sustainability, equity, and professional growth. We strive to:
Ensure fair and equitable compensation that reflects clinical expertise, additional training, language skills, and the ability to serve historically marginalized communities.
Foster a workplace culture that prioritizes open communication, ethical decision-making, and continuous self-reflection.
Support work-life balance, entrepreneurship, and sustainability, so that clinicians can build a fulfilling and lasting career.
At Your Next Chapter Counseling, we are here to support our clinicians as they support our clients—because healing starts from within, and together, we can create a more compassionate and just world.
